Form for a Complex Commercial Pond Site

The complex paid commercial pond site costs $20. That is a one time fee. You can alter or update the site within the boundaries of the plan as often as you need within reason.

I will refer to your company as a "store" below but it can be any pond-related company.

In order to fill out a form for a pond store/company, you should be the owner, manager, or someone important to the company.

This first section is information that I need to set up your page. Except for the subdirectory name and category of your site, this information will NOT be seen by others or shared with others. You must fill in all portions of this section.

The account name is the subdirectory name and where your site (or multiple sites) will be found. For example, if you choose "Robyn," then your site appears at http://www.pondshowcase.com/Robyn/

The forms I am using only allow for one attachment per form (found that out after I paid!).
