Form for Adding Additional Photos

I was paying for the forms used on Pond Showcase but after three years and no income from the site, I decided to stop getting the paid forms. That means that you can no longer download files via the forms. In order for me to add photos to your site now, you have to e-mail them to me. Once you fill out a form to create a Pond Showcase page, I will contact you via e-mail so you can send photos. If you have problems, contact me.
