The stream.
We had to put a net over the pond because I noticed a large blue heron (thank goodness the bird
never had a chance to devour all my fish). I felt bad because the doves, cardinals, mockingbirds,
and others always walked along the rocks and drank during our hot summers. The stream was
built for them, the deer, raccoons and other wildlife that need a cool drink, plus it really adds to
the looks of the backyard.
